Healthy Eating
This workshop uniquely combines cultural diversity with healthy eating. Children and staff are introduced to new cultural foods, with demonstrations showing how they are prepared and get to taste them at the end. The cooking demonstration is accompanied by interesting information about these foods as healthy alternatives. Cultural foods and eating come alive in a real way for children and staff with valuable insights into another culture.
This workshop is suitable for EYFS to KS5 and Family Learning.
